The Senior Marketing Manager’s main objective is to drive consumer adoption and growth of the AOL technology brands. The Senior Marketing Manager works as a supportive role to the Director, providing a team-based approach to consumer marketing.   The role requires being able to direct and individually complete tasks that are both analytical and creative in nature.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that are effective in driving consumer adaptation and growth of AOL brands and products
• Act as liaison between various internal marketing groups as well as product developers, editors and managers
• Source and share metrics and consumer data through marketing plans and directly with stakeholders
• Complete in-depth performance analysis and recommendations for growth on an ongoing basis
• Develop partner and barter relationships with external organizations
• Support Program Director in developing growth plans and long term program strategy

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Expert working knowledge in online and offline consumer marketing
• Experience leading consumer facing events and activations
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, direct reports, and members of other departments
• Possess strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and exchange information with others clearly and concisely
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
• Ability to operate both analytically and creatively and detail orientated
• Internet savvy and interest working within a rapidly changing industry

Education / Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 5 - 8 years of related experience
• MBA or graduate degree in related discipline preferred
• Omniture Analytics Certification is a plus
• Potential travel required (10 -20%)
