Job Description:

 Sales Operations Lead

The Sales Operations Lead will work with our Advertising Sales & Services team and help to scale the growth of advertiser accounts across all of our advertising products.  You will develop and implement new processes that drive efficiency and scale across the advertiser business (new launches / account expansions / optimizations). You will drive the creation and implementation of world-class advertiser reporting and insights. You will work closely with sales leadership and Finance to define sales team targets and goals and build a sophisticated forecast.

Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes at a top-tier search engine, agency, or large performance advertiser is required. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a high-impact role at a fast growing, well-funded startup. We want someone who... 

  • is a sales-ops mensa... and wakes up in the morning trying to improve anything and solve problems (you’ve already optimized your commute, for example!)
  • has been able to drive order from chaos in a high-growth team with operational tools & processes 
  • is able to communicate complex issues in clear and concise ways to internal stakeholders as well as large advertisers
  • constructs cross-functional business cases to direct sales activity and drive the right product decisions
  • performs data deep-dives as necessary and present conclusions to management & demonstrate high-level analysis and thinking

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of background in sales operations
  • experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS are your friend!) & familiarity with SQL and pulling data directly from databases would be great
  • experience and intimate knowledge of ad exchanges — buying, selling, bidding on a variety of platforms
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including experience with complex data structures and models — you are thoughtful, analytical, and detail oriented
  • a BA/BS degree from a top university
