Tradeshift is a lean startup, running offices in Copenhagen, San Francisco and London. We have seen incredible traction in the US market and it is time we hire a dedicated East Coast Account Executive to continue developing the region, working in coordination with our Business Developers to open doors and close deals with large Enterprises. We have set out to change the way that business software works and this individual will be fundamental in taking the product and platform to new and existing territories alongside our top-notch global sales team.
Your Role
  • Fully understand the e-invoicing and financial supply chain landscape, competition and strategies behind building revenue
  • Work closely with our Business Developers to materialize business from their prospects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue based on prospect and customer data
  • Qualify, sell and close current and new clients
  • Build relationships with decision makers and key executives in all verticals
  • Utilize your current network to open revenue pockets while building new business
  • Hit revenue goals and quarterly targets as assigned by our Chief Commercial Officer
  • Able to travel up to 50%
Your Profile
  • You live on the East Coast and are happy to work from home
  • You have a deep understanding of Procure to Pay with a rich knowledge of how the Accounts Payable process functions
  • You have 3-5 years experience in Enterprise sales
  • You are a strong performer with a thirst for success and unphased by rejection
  • You have outstanding communication skills, being both outspoken and a good listener simultaneously
  • You have exceptional presentation skills and are deadly convincible
  • You are sales and business minded, driven by targets
  • You understand the vital pressure to increase revenue
  • You are a connector and enjoy building relationships while utilizing your current network
  • You find it natural to explain complex technology
  • You are not afraid of challenging customer views while being sensitive to their needs
  • You have knowledge of the financial services industry (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree required
