Job Description:

Pandora is currently seeking a Revenue Analyst within its growing sales organization in our New York or Oakland offices. This individual will aid in ad hoc and weekly analysis for the sales teams. The role acts in driving new analysis and insight into the sales cycle and expanding processes along with system improvements across the sales organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly and quarterly reporting for the local and mid-market sales teams
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis around key initiatives and planning periods. Maintain a portfolio of reports to ensure that reporting efforts are not duplicated
  • Partner with sales teams to analyze data and trends related to reporting and suggest strategic solutions
  • Scope potential new vendors that will aide in growing the sales team from a business operations aspect
  • Track incoming leads and ensure they are prospected and distributed to the correct internal teams
  • Use internal systems to gather data that is then presented internally and externally in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures, maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and productivity within the context of the overall departmental strategy
  • Recommend optimization to increase the effectiveness of the team and current processes
  • Development of SQL queries and data extraction methodologies


  • Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • 1 to 2 years professional experience in an analytics role
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Tremendous modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in excel, access and SQL
  • Knowledge of the digital/radio space
  • Salesforce and DFP knowledge a plus
