About PMX Programmatic:
PMX Programmatic represents Publicis Groupe’s centralized, digital offerings which are comprised of ASG, RUN, and APEX. By harnessing the Power of One, our proprietary technologies, and best in class talent, PMX Programmatic continues to automate the marketplace with essential solutions for leading Global brands.
The PMX Media Technology Standards Team is the primary evaluator of ad technology vendors and providers of feedback to current ad tech partners on product improvements. This includes collaboration on product vision, publisher communication, operational processes, and training. This role will focus on:

  • Technology Evaluation – leading the PMX Verified process to find best in class ad technology vendors that fit the PMX business model

  • Partner Product Development – Give feedback to current PMX Ad Technology Partners on product features and use cases that drive Partner product value.

  • Platform Support – Work with internal teams to isolate issues within the platforms in order to decrease operational costs over time

The ideal candidate will have extensive digital campaign management or ad operations experience, very strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to make clear, concise presentations. Most importantly, they must possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on the Publicis network of agencies. 

Group Management

  • Support projects related to product development, vendor partnerships, and agency relations

  • Support cross-channel projects that highlight PMX’s multi-channel approach

  • Serve as an expert on all aspects of PMX Platform partner offering and processes

Operational Support

  • Partner with Media Technology Strategies and Operations Project Managers to advance specific initiatives and adoption of key strategic priorities

  • Collaborate to improve operational processes, including account creation, launch, reporting and billing

  • Conduct a needs analysis and training recommendations across client services teams

  • Maintain thorough documentation of current ad platform offerings and best practices

  • Create workflow and implication docs for major releases on the ad tech platform products

Product Strategy

  • Stay abreast of emerging topics in the digital marketplace through industry trades and connections, including working with partners to gather insights

  • Monitor competitors and industry to ensure Publicis Media partners with best in class technology

  • Partner with Media Technology Strategies and Marketing for development and distribution of supporting materials related to PMX technology platforms

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in product management, ad operations, or client services, with several years in programmatic media and focus on programmatic platform partners

  • Strong familiarity with social, display, mobile, and/or video ad tech products

  • Strong familiarity with digital media agency culture and priorities

  • Familiarity with digital tagging/tracking capabilities, including metrics and KPIs

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum

  • High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detailed work and communicate project status effectively to all levels

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to improve product platform technology offerings
