Job Description:

This position will be part of the Right Media Customer Support team where you will be working with a team of folks who support internal and external users of the Right Media ad-serving platform.  This group manages all Right Media issues that are ad-server related, with the goal of providing a resolution in a timely manner.  This can mean resolving the issue on our own based on our knowledge of the platform, or working with other internal teams with the ultimate goal of addressing our customers’ needs and effectively communicating updates in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
•    Initial point of contact for communication between Yahoo! and our Partners regarding any Right Media issues submitted by our clients to the Technical Support team. 
•    Investigating ad-server issues submitted by Right Media clients and responding to them with a resolution, request for additional information or notification that the issue has been escalated to engineering for further investigation.
•    Manage individual work-load to ensure that Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) are being met in terms of our communication back to our clients regarding the issues they have submitted.
•    Ability to successfully work hand-in-hand with Technical Support management, Engineering, Development and Product Management teams to prioritize the list of outstanding issues and assist in resolution of those issues
•    Work with Technical Support management to develop a weekly newsletter that will be distributed to all partners highlighting common issues with known work-arounds, best practices and helpful hints/tips.
•    Proven experience in or demonstrated passion for hands-on use of advertising technology and/or project management skills
•    Technical proficiency with HTML, Web browsers, javascript and ad tags
•    Access MySQL databases via the command line to answer questions and produce reports for clients and business team counterparts (select, join, limit statements, etc).
•    Make use of popular internet browser debugging tools, such as Firebug, Tamper Data/Fiddler to diagnose live ad serving issues as well as issues within the Exchange UI.
