We are currently seeking Account Managers to lead dealer relationships in our fine jewelry and furniture categories. This role will require a manager who is highly adept at building new relationships as well as maintaining current client accounts.


  • Act as the key link between dealers and 1stdibs
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing dealers, including proactively delivering feedback and best practices
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to help increase dealer success; meet or exceed KPIs related to dealer satisfaction and growth
  • Drive dealer satisfaction by delivering a great experience and service on all order issues
  • Understand and devise methods of tracking and meeting the needs of our audience and dealers; keep current on the competitive landscape
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise on dealer products

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a business-to-business account management, business development or contracting sales role
  • Saleforce.com proficiency is a must
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in luxury preferred; start-up experience a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external decision makers
  • Excellent writing, speaking, presentation and computer skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint; ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately based on the audience
  • Experience working in ecommerce companies a plus
  • Familiarity with fine jewelry or antique/vintage furniture products & dealers also a plus, but not required
