About The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Manager, you are the bridge between the client, Sales, and AdOps - ensuring our largest clients are accomplishing their goals using the inPowered platform. Because you are strong at analyzing data, you will be able to pinpoint potential opportunities for growth and communicate the accounts position to the client. You will bring your proven track record in Account Management along with your desire to help build accounts. If you don't already, we hope you discover you have a passion for content amplification.

Day In The Life
Your daily focus will be to handle all client communication once the IO is signed to ensure the campaign is executed properly and setup for success. You will also spend time helping guide clients in deciding which content, targeting, headlines, descriptions, and images will help them exceed their critical metrics. The ultimate goal is to ensure clients grow their investment by holding compelling QBRs and making recommendations based off of strong weekly campaign performance.

Role Highlights
In this role, you will manage 4-8 Tier 1 accounts with $6mm+ in budget. You will spearhead campaign success and highlight performance in order to team up with sales to make a compelling argument for more brand dollars. You will also work closely with AdOps to ensure that campaigns are set up correctly, delivering, and performing to exceed client’s expectations.

  • Provide feedback to product on customer frustrations and requests to help inform our product roadmap.
  • Help source the best earned and owned content for existing campaigns.
  • Generate all wrap up material and assist Account Executive with presenting all findings to secure renewals.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 5 years’ experience as an Account Manger.
  • Consistent track record of successfully managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ in client-facing roles in the online advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Content amplification experience is a plus.
