budget. Directed project combining largest domestic
and international operation in US.
Won General Manager of the Year. Reorganized,
cut FTE's from 350 to 300/day and unit cost from
$.16 to $.035. Increased production 20+% in several
areas. Drove 20% revenue growth in first year with
16% volume growth.

Hired to turn around declining enrollment
leading 48 staff in geographically distributed and
market segmented organization. Transitioned
recruitment into competitive sales organization,

Held full P&L responsibility for $20.5M
revenue for 12 branches in 10-state Midwest region.
