I have a masters degree in education technology plus a graduate certification in Instructional Design and experience as a trainer, including sales, marketing, technology, systems and skills. In my last two previous positions, I was a technical trainer responsible for designing instructional models centered around a variety of software programs as well as overseeing new hire technical orientation. In other prior positions, I was the new hire training manager, the top salesperson, the author of the annual company marketing plan as well as the new hire training manual, the representative to at least a dozen conventions and tradeshows each year, developed curriculum, and trained the trainer. I have a wide range of skills and extensive knowledge in a variety of subjects that makes me highly versatile and an asset to any organization I join.
