(natpet), ksa as “plant inspector”. / • functional expertise in handling the qa/qc, welding inspection and on stream visual & non-destructive inspection (ndt) of plant equipments like storage tanks fabrication, pressure vessels, process columns, reactors, process piping, heat exchangers, hp steam boilers, drums, storage tanks, vertical/horizontal pumps, pump auxiliaries, psv’s, ball valves, gate valves, nrv’s, flow transmitters, temperature transmitters, ph meters & air coolers (fin fan coolers). / • thermography of fired heaters & hp steam boilers with flir system camera, hardness testing by equotip-3, positive material identification (pmi) by xrf alloy analyzer, in-situ metallography (replica technique) of different plant equipment and process piping. furmanite injection for stoppage of leaks. / • visual inspection of boiler refractory & anchors, fired heaters refractory. / • good knowledge & exposure to welding procedure specification (w.p.s.), procedure qualification record (p.q.r.), welders qualification (w.q.t.r.) and destructive testing methods (tensile strength testing, compression testing, bend testing, pull test) / • excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational abilities. .
