Responsilbilities: I am deputed at urea plant and my responsibility is; / 1- to plan, execute, control and monitor all mechanical activities in order to keep urea plantâ€™s high pressure rotary equipments in best working condition, such as co2 centrifugal type four stage compressors (dich. pressure 180 kg/cm2, speed 13000 rpm and flow 16600 nm3/hr), plunger type ammonia feed pumps (dich. pressure 180 kg/cm2, flow = 46 m3/hr), urea solution pumps, carbamate solution feed pumps (dich. pressure 165 kg/cm2, / flow = 33 m3/hr), condensate/water injection pumps, urea prilling tower & many other equipments used in manufacturing of urea. / 2- stationary equipments maintenance such as co2 stripper (operating pressure 175 kg/cm2), urea reactor (operating pressure 175 kg/cm2), carbamate condensers, low & high pressure decomposer, surface condensers, phes, ammonia absorbers, steam drums and urea solution tanks etc. / 3- to revamp the existing capacity of urea manufacturing from 1050 mt/day to 1850 mt/day, i am deputed to study the piping plan, p&id, pfd in order to deal with requirements of new equipments and enhancement in existing system .

Coursework: I thoroughly studied technique of solid modeling of machine parts by using the software pro-engineer as my final year thesis. / in field practical participation in planning and managing the erection/installation of different equipments and plants such as textile plant machinery, a/c humidification system, air compressors, generators at ibrahim fibres / carried out expansion project of olympia chemical ltd, soda ash manufacturer organization, developing p & id, pfd and isometric of new expansion plant including coil fired boilers, kilns, cooling towers, bicarbonating column, gas compressors, piping for co2 gas and liquor / planned two times the annual turn around of olympia chemical ltd. / i performed as site engr. in erection of 2nd line of asab gas project in abu dhabi with m/s descon engineering and participated in the heaviest lifting 500 ton demethanizer column and different other rotary and stationary equipments. / presently i am member of revamping team at pak american fertilizer
