Responsilbilities: • formation and training of vrcs(village reconstruction committees) on social mobilization and grievance mechanism. / • mobilize the community to attend awareness meetings on “safe houses reconstruction program”. / • to ensure the implementation of erra’s “build back better” policies / • conduct awareness sessions in community on earthquake resistant buildings. / • orientation of religious and other leaders/influentials on safe houses’ reconstruction and erra policies. / • arrange different orientation and practical workshops for skilled labor i.e masons,carpenters and steel fixers. / • mobilize the community and skilled persons to attend different training workshop arranged by hrc(housing reconstruction center) / • collect and mantain data on village level in targeted ucs..
