Responsilbilities: I am presently working as a research officer iii (project supervisor) with the department of paediatrics and child health at aga khan university in karachi, pakistan.where i am responsible for the oversight of the economic evaluation component of the project entitled “introduction of zinc for the treatment of diarrhea in children under 5 years of age”. funded by johns hopkins bloomberg school of public health (jhsph), the project aims to determine the cost-effectiveness of zinc as a treatment for diarrhea in children under 5 years of age in the hala & matiari rural talukas of sindh pakistan. / my key job responsibilities includes; / •manage and supervise over all project matters at filed study sites. / •modification and translation of data collection instruments; / •training of field supervisors and data collectors; / •monitoring and supervision of data collection, including household survey data (users’ cost), financial data at aku, and provider costs; / •provide technical support to data collection team / •data cleaning; / •generation of a technical reports detailing methods, including data collection activities, and preliminary results; / •provision of technical support to jhsph during analyses and the generation of final reports; and / •support to jhsph in the dissemination of project findings.

M.sc: Economics (1999-2002) degree. Coursework: Macro economic theory, micro economic theory, macro economic analysis, micro economic analysis, mathematical ecnomics statistics,econometrics,human resource development,labour economics, monetary economics and other economics related cources. / and written a paper on the impact of exports and human capital on economic growth of pakistan for the department of economics, quaid-i-azam university islamabad as a partial requirement for master’s degree
