Responsilbilities: The procurement of the wateen converged multi services business support system. i have compiled the cmsn oss/bss rfp preparation and evaluated its responses. i have been responsible for the wateen crm portal and its integration with the wateen payment collection gateways, the gl modules of the wateen erp system and current vas services and call centre inventory management, task management systems, & credit scoring and debt recovery process optimize the wateen revenue assurance process. / currently i am occupied in the development of a software delivery platform for the integration of third party applications and network elements and the provision of scalable vas services on both the wateen and warid networks. .
