Responsilbilities: â€¢ responsible for human resource development regarding enhancement of qualification and personal grooming, identify and assess training and development needs within the organization. / â€¢ designing of advertisements and coordinating the induction/hiring process. / â€¢ counseling to the employees regarding future career paths while incorporating the present and future needs of the organization. / â€¢ monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required. / â€¢ prepare budget of hr department including recruitment, training & development & general office requirement. / â€¢ dealing with daily hr queries from all employees of the organization. / â€¢ developing public relations with the universities in uk and institutes offering different technical and management courses. / â€¢ analyzing the relevance and utility of training courses, conferences, exhibitions, seminars etc in and outside the country in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed to achieve the goals of the organization. / â€¢ designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individual needs also evaluate the training effectiveness periodically / â€¢ arrangement of on-the-job training for new employees to maintain and improve their job skills, and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill as well as for old ones to cope up with the technological changes..
