Responsilbilities: β’ liaise and cooperate with relevant stakeholders, including un agencies, ingos, local ngos at the govt. line departments on all child protection-related issues. / β’ plan, coordinate and oversee protection training of relevant protection actors / β’ coordination with community & govt. line departments and cpmu. / β’ developing training manuals and materials with the help of program manager and community. / β’ developing the appropriate schedule for the trainings. / β’ hiring of relevant resource persons for the relevant trainings. / β’ management & supervision of 5 capacity building trainings for cbos, social workers, community leaders, lawyers and care givers. / β’ management & supervision of 2 specialized child protection trainings for community health workers, teachers and police officers. / β’ management & supervision of 2 district level seminars with religious leaders on child protection in islam. / β’ management & supervision of 5 masters workshops for children on child protection and child rights. / β’ management & supervision of training of children from 5 ucs (training of trainers) on child protection and child rights. / β’ management & supervision of life skills and psychosocial training for staff. / β’ management & supervision of awareness raising campaign in hiv/aids, early marriages, child labour and domestic violence. / β’ submission of monthly training activity reports to the donor and program manager on regular basis. / β’ submission of training reports to the donorβs child protection unit through coordination and monthly reports which include an overall analysis of training responses..
