Responsilbilities: • conducting rf site surveys for proposed nominals. / • hunting for possible candidates within the search ring area and evaluate priorities for any newly planned sites. / • site survey, coverage hole identification in the area of interest. / • proposing and verifying initial rf parameters such as antenna heights, azimuths and down-tilts. / • involved in the nominal cell planning for phase-iv sites / • updating the rf site database for the new sites / • analysis & presentation of collected data on mapinfo & google earth / • performing the dt for all ongoing activities, including re-homing, site audits . / • joint visits with operations to resolve the hw issues on the basis of on-site dt and suggesting the remedial action after filtering out the problematic trx on the basis of its level and quality. / • suggesting tilt adjustments on the basis of overshoots observed during the dt. / • suggesting any frequency change to avoid interference (co-adjacent) / • suggesting orientation adjustment on the basis of coverage gaps observed. / • maintaining the database after any changes or site audits / • having in-depth knowledge of microwave propagation, rf planning, gsm.

Electrical Engineer degree.
