Responsilbilities: * networking of whole nha head office main building (finance wing) almost 200 nodes and networking of regional accounts offices and also the project offices. / * setup domain server, worked on network management/monitoring tools, development and implementation of network based gl accounting system in head office, five regional offices and three project offices. / *. standardized gl (general ledger) accounting system has been developed. it generates simultaneously ledgers, trial balances, expenditure statements, schedules, tax lists, bank reconciliation statements and budget reports through vouchers inputs. by making use of this, we are also developing further reports in pursuance of instructions of ministry of communication. / * payment processing module has not only simplified adoption of standard operating procedures (sop) for nha of project payments but also provides valuable information. / *. toll collection information system that gives reports of nha toll collection by toll plazas located on various roads. / *.file tracking system provides complete information about any file received in finance wing. its purpose to keep informed higher management about the status of files. / * systems have been phase wise installed in nha head office, m-1, m-2/m-3/m-4 project offices, lahore regional office, multan regional office, regional office northern areas, nwfp regional office, nwfp regional office, sindh regional office, nhip world bank funded project office respectively. all are running successfully. / * all above projects are network based and developed in asp, javascript, vb, crystal reporting, flash 5.0, sql 2000, and asp-upload. / *. my role: team leader: designing /development/implementation of system.
