About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated business superstar to drive our future sales and negotiate deals for our social media business. As we continue to grow our business at a rapid pace, we need a Strategic Partnerships Manager to deliver and develop our business partnerships with the next Facebook or MySpace app. The individual should have a strong interest in Social Media, incredible networking skills, and excellent communication and follow-through. You should be creative and persistent in negotiating business terms, and proactive in reaching out to companies across the country to deliver a well-rounded partnership base.

This is a terrific role for someone with 3-5 years of business development and/or sales experience to apply their skills to a fast-paced, real-world environment. The role provides an excellent path into the world of Social Media and Social Gaming, helping us convert virtual currencies into real TrialPay revenue.

Responsibilities:
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will sign up new Social Media companies to work with TrialPay. You will:

  • Utilize strong knowledge of the Social Media client base to develop high-level relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Prepare and effectively communicate the TrialPay value proposition in custom sales presentations
  • Sell to customers and prospects, handle incoming calls/emails, follow-up on sales leads, place outbound calls to strategic targets, and close new business
  • Research and target new companies in the Social Media space

Required Skills/Experience:

Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years business development and/or sales experience
  • Strong interest in the Social Media space
  • Bachelors degree from a top-tier school

Skills:

  • Exceptional networking and follow up skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with negotiating business terms, understanding of business contracts
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
