Required Experience:
Degree: Bachelors Degree in a related technical field is preferred
Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

- Minimum of 5 years working on software intensive projects for government or industry customers demonstrating increasing levels of technical expertise and responsibility:
- Within the last 5 years, a minimum of 3 years programming for software intensive projects
- Within the last 5 years, a minimum of 2 years experience with Unix or Linux
- Within the last 3 years, demonstrated programming experience
- Demonstrated ability to execute a complete software life cycle (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
- A minimum of 2 years experience implementing and utilizing Semantic Web Technologies, to include:
- RDF serialization standards (RDF/SML, N3, RDFa, etc.);
- RDF ontological standards (RDFS, OWL, OWL 2);
- RDF modeling of real-world data including alignment mapping and RDF rule languages
- Java RDF APIs (specifically Jena);
- Publication of RDF content in a secure environment;
- Processing RDF content in a distributed processing framework and;
- Distributed JBoss deployment
- A minimum of 1 year experience using the following Semantic Publications Technologies:
- Linked Open Data conformant data publication and;
- SPARQL endpoint publication
