Revenue Product Manager

MerchantCircle is expanding its dedicated and fun-loving team to keep up with their significant growth.

We're looking to bring on board an energetic and creative product manager to work on improving our current products and launch our next generation of paid products.

Responsibilities:

• Create product plans for maximizing revenue for current paid products.
• Analyze quantitative data to determine which plans are most successful and identify new product opportunities.
• Create use cases and detailed product requirements to articulate desired product features and functionality to the technical design team.
• Collaborate closely with technical team, community, sales and client services to ensure that the product solution that is designed and developed delivers to requirements and meets business needs.
• Define and implement strategies for measuring and reporting adoption, usage and growth of the products and services.
• Monitor the growth of the product line and provide periodic updates on the business metrics to the organization.
• Be the subject matter expert for product and features owned and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product and its features across the organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management at a Consumer Internet or software company.
• Demonstrated expertise at maximizing revenue and conversion for web pages and user workflows.
• Understanding of sales and marketing for SMEs and local businesses.
• Passionate about analytics and reporting--extremely numbers driven!
• Hands on experience with consumer behaviors and demographics
• Passionate but humble nature required.
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university. MBA, Computer Science, User Experience majors a plus. (Experience with finance also desirable)
