Job Description

The RTB Account Manager serves as point of contact for clients running display advertising campaigns on our real time bidding platform. We are looking for a candidate that can consistently deliver an exceptional client experience to each and every business we work with.  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with onboarding new client accounts and campaigns
  • Provide insights into how we can improve existing processes and client management
  • Communicate campaign requirements effectively to clients and set expectations regarding campaign performance and turnaround times for items within the campaign
  • Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance as their campaign runs, staying on top of status with the buying team and setting up and managing any requested reporting
  • Communicate any client requests to the buying team
  • Assist with the preparation of post buy reports at the conclusion of every campaign
  • Clearly communicate campaign results to clients

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements

  • Understanding of how display advertising fits into advertisers marketing plans and what drives campaign performance.
  • Understanding of marketing agency and media buying pricing models
  • Understanding of the media buying process and how an advertiser order flows through the company to a completed campaign.
  • Understanding of Real Time Bidding technology
  • Exceptional people, phone and email skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • A genuine, pleasant and positive demeanor.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills, preferably in marketing and/or media buying campaigns




Education / Experience

  • 2+ years of agency / ad-tech experience in a client facing role
  • 1+ years of experience with exposure to display media buying
  • Bachelors degree
  • Some experience with RTB
