Product Manager
Cramer Dev is looking for an experienced and passionate product manager who will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Cramer Dev's Product Team focuses on creating experiences that delight customers and solve real consumer needs. Our team is talented and efficient, so we are looking for a product manger who can jump into the mix and run a high caliber team that delivers results.

Responsibilites
- Work with clients and stakeholders on requirements and product roadmapping activities - collecting and refining ideas, performing cost projections, and developing market-driven prioritized product plan options to the client and team.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to define product market fit, customer problems, and needs.
- Own the day-to-day Agile project management activities for your products. This includes interfacing regularly with developers, designers, and clients; and effectively breaking the roadmap down into manageable development cycles.
- Remove obstacles preventing the team from launching and subsequently refining the product in order to achieve both business goals and the creation of an exceptional user experience.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of a customer's experience including setting and meeting goals on product key performance indicators, conversions, and customer retention.
- Lead the analysis of customer and product metrics to assist the product management team in determining the right feature packaging to drive customer adoption.
- Own the products you manage and take responsibility for their success or failure.
- Continually adapt product management practices to suit the product and situation.
Qualifications
- You have direct experience developing and managing large scale digital products with a focus on providing the best end user experience imaginable.
- You have experience gathering, analyzing, and translating market and customer behavior into tangible product requirements.
- You're familiar with web and application development, especially Ruby on Rails, test driven development, database schemas, JavaScript frameworks, and native mobile SDKs.
- You love well designed products, especially when it comes to architecting information, creating beautiful user interfaces and experiences, following responsive design principles, and leveraging data to improve the user experience to better accomplish business goals.
- You embrace Agile product development methodologies and can gracefully manage a cross-functional team to hit milestones on time without sacrificing quality.
- You have the ability to make things sound appealing to people who are likely to buy them and can get people excited about ideas and projects.
- You have a solid "people sense" - You have the ability to collaborate and communicate with people and motivate them to get things done and improve their efforts.
- You have the ability to see a situation, break it down into its components, and understand how and why it works the way it does and how that could be changed.
- You can see how things and people can be built into an organization that makes money, and profitability.
- You successfully join seemingly different things together so that they create a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts.
