We are looking for candidates with a successful track record in digital advertising/media sales with the following qualifications:
· Eager to learn the mechanism of new ad technology
· Understand the base of RTB
· Knows how to sell audience targeting
· 3+ years as a successful digital/mobile advertising salesperson.
· Superior sales, presentation, communication, and problem solving skills
· Relationships with Eastern regional accounts, clients and agencies
· Motivated self starter with outstanding work ethic
· Collaborative abilities to work with internal teams
· Self Starter and ability and flexibility to review own progress and adapt to changing objectives of the market
· Drive advertising revenue through direct sales by prospecting, developing new opportunities, and renewing revenue with existing partners to maximize long-term growth within a defined territory.
· Meet and exceed a quarterly sales quota by selling mobile display, rich media, and mobile RTB platform solutions.
· Conduct consultative and strategic sales by educating agency and client partners on mobile market trends, advertising strategies and measurement/reporting to position Dobleas as a leader in the space.
· Identify opportunities and make proactive recommendations to drive revenue growth outside of the RFP cycle.
· Negotiate and close business
· Work with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
· Represent Dobleas at industry events
