The Head of Advertiser Analytics & Insights will lead the development of unique and actionable data insights and analytics tools for Intent Media’s advertisers. You have a finely honed sense for what drives success with large, sophisticated performance advertisers and are able to turn that into real-world actions and tools.
Experience in advertising analytics (with a focus on developing insights & tools with internally-sourced data) at a top-tier performance ad technology company, search engine, advertising agency, or large performance advertiser is required.

- understands auction-based media (SEM and display) and the deep data analyses required to drive sustained success for advertisers
- independently performs data deep-dives to uncover insights & demonstrate high-level analysis and thinking
- has developed systems and tools that enable advertisers to more effectively and efficiently optimize advertising campaigns
- can deliver amazing insights to advertisers -- you can awe the world’s largest & most sophisticated performance marketers
- has a proven ability to drive a successful data analysis from 1) initial conception to 2) pilot phase to 3) scaling within the product for our full set of advertisers
- is able to work effectively and communicate complex issues in clear and concise ways to internal stakeholders (data, product and engineering teams) as well as large advertisers
Required Skills and Experience
- 7 - 10 years of work experience leading advertising operations and/or analytics teams, with at least 3 years of background driving actionable advertiser insights
- experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS are your friend!) & familiarity with SQL and pulling data directly from databases
- experience and intimate knowledge of ad exchanges & platforms — buying, selling, bidding on a variety of platforms
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including experience with complex data structures and models — you are thoughtful, analytical, and detail oriented
