Federal Practice - Deloitte & Touche LLP

Job Responsibilities:

This position will contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel and understand the engagement as it relates to our client's business.  This person will contribute to the engagement planning and will ensure that products/deliverables meet the work plan. 

Managers, Risk Management must possess the following required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise risk management.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and/or enterprise risk management concepts.
  • Experience with mitigating risk.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • BS/BA with a preferred concentration in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
  • Candidates must be eligible to receive a US Federal security clearance. 
  • Ontology principles and design, RDF, OWL.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong programming skills in Java, experience with a Java IDE (e.g., Eclipse).

Ideal candidates will also have the following preferred skills:

  • Experience with System Dynamics and Agent Based Models.
  • Social network analysis, sentiment analysis.
  • Entity Extraction.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • SWRL, SPARQL, Protégé, Jena.
  • Knowledge of web services, especially REST based APIs.
  • Familiarity with Javascript / JSP / JQuery.
  • Familiarity with Tomcat, and Subversion.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Candidates must be open to travel to client site.
