What we want you to do

You would be taking on a leadership role in an established team of engineers, guiding them and inspiring them to greater heights. More specifically we are looking for someone to review a new release and guide the development team to optimise the application in terms of meeting the functional and performance requirements. You would be joining a team of talented and dedicated developers keen to share experience.

During this short term assignment you would be:

• Taking functional requirements and making them a reality
• Researching new technology and integrating it into the Enterprise in a logical manner
• Diagnosing and resolving complex application software problems and their related interfaces
• Debugging, testing and installing complex application programs
• Thoroughly testing code both for features and for overall integration of the application
• Collaborating to meet an aggressive schedule

Qualifications

You would need to have had a min. of 6 years c# ASP.Net and DevExpress programming experience.

Experience in the following is essential:

• DevExpress ASP.Net Suite of components, specifically:
  • ASPxPivotGrid
  • XtraCharts
  • ASPxGridView
  • ASPxEditors
• Customising and Skinning DevExpress controls using CSS

Experience in any or all of the following would be valuable:

• JQuery
• LINQ
• SQL Server 2008

Needless to say, you would also need good problem solving skills and proficiency in troubleshooting programs.

Finally you must be able and willing to travel overseas for this assignment.
