Job Description:

 Blue Shell Games is a social gaming startup focused on social and mobile casino games. We currently have the largest independent slot machine app on Facebook and recently launched on the iPhone and iPad.

 
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of customer interactions, specifically for mobile, social or online games.  We are looking for someone who possesses an unflappable demeanor and an affinity for fine detail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Directly and efficiently addressing high-volume customer support tickets
  • Verifying product issues identified by players
  • Managing a solutions database and moderating support forums
  • Working with top notch engineering and art teams to address existing problems and anticipate future ones
  • Growing into greater responsibility as the company expands
 
Desired: 
  • A motivated and creative problem solver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in customer-facing online support
  • Previous start-up experience a strong plus, especially in online or mobile games
 
Preference given to candidates with experience in the Social Mobile space and/or using ZenDesk
 
This is a full-time position at our office in Downtown San Francisco.
