Proven "touchless" traffic operation with major MVPDs guarantees automated delivery and reporting of ad buys. Partnerships with leading data providers including Nielsen, Acxiom, Experian, and more, as well as access to set-top box data, makes it possible to generate viewership data and precisely target specific audiences, and then verify that impressions were delivered as committed to the appropriate audience segments. AudienceXpress’ platform and partnerships deliver TV ad impressions on a national scale, automatically.
Currently, we are looking to recruit an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly growing organization and we are in need of exceptional talent to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with AudienceXpress agency and advertisers partners
- Work with clients to advise on planning audience-based TV campaigns
- Provide support for end-end campaigns with the AudienceXpress platform (planning, trafficking, reporting)
- Build custom reports and sophisticated presentations to communicate campaign performance using multiple metrics
- Develop case studies from advertiser campaigns
- Position reports to Director, Client Services
- 2-4 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales or agency planning role
- Strong knowledge of media metrics and analytics for digital and TV (reach, frequency, GRPs)
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced priority
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts)
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Familiarity with TV traffic technology, a plus
