In keeping with the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a dynamic, proven Ad-Tech Business Development Manager to help us manage our growth on the East Coast.
A seasoned industry expert and consultant in our technology space, as Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the identification, prospecting, consultation and closing of long-term customer relationships with major players in the media trading and broader online advertising industry. The role requires an intimate understanding of online advertising business models and experience in managing long and complex, technical consulting sales cycles.

- Ownership of the business development strategy for East Coast.
- Sales Pipeline management, forecasting and tracking
- Cross functional relationship building with prospective customers and key industry players
- Presentation and communication of IPONWEB Product & service capabilities
- High-end business model consulting and analysis with key decision makers
- Lead Pre-Sales Consultative Solution Definition
- Ownership of commercial proposal, contracting and solution presentation process.
- Key involvement in technical and post sales solution delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internet technology sales or consulting
- In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry – agency, advertiser, publisher or audience technology and business models.
- Existing high level industry network of customer relationships
- Proven background in consultative, software solution selling
- Exceptional communication & presentations skills
- Experience in Internet technologies such as HTML, HTTP Protocol and / or Unix an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, but geographically and functionally spread organization
- Suits MBA with Bachelor of Business / Com Science background
- Large doses of self motivation, entrepreneurial self starter
- Passion and positive attitude essential
