Job Description:

I have a membership site, which provides video tutorials and training materials on how to effectively market one's self professionally via Facebook.  I am looking to hire a media buyer/advertising specialist to help increase sales and propel our online marketing to the next level.  You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan using several different online paid traffic sources.  Work will be done at your residence and will require the use of Skype on occasion. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online advertising plans that achieve aggressive lead generation, business, revenue and profitability objectives.

• Manage lead generation campaigns through a variety of ad networks, and media buys.

• Manage the online advertising budget

• Implement Google Analytics split testing and execute upon findings in the areas of effective copywriting, user behavior and landing page design, leading to increased sales.

• Work with designers and copywriters to develop online banner advertising and landing pages.

• Result Oriented - evaluate your work through measured results against goals and split tests in Google Analytics.

 

Qualifications:

·         Responsible

·         Detail-oriented

·         Good with math and statistics

·         Ability to be creative, e.g. when managing keywords and advertising ads.

·         Strong desire/passion to be a key part of a growing start-up. 

·         Prefer candidate to have either a degree in marketing, or experience with online marketing.

 

Hours:

Estimated workload will be 10-15 hours a week.

 

Compensation:

Paid hourly plus a performance bonus on ad campaigns which you manage.
