BrightRoll is looking for an experienced Integrations Manager to help scale our Video Ad Exchange platform, BrightRoll Exchange (BRX). You will primarily integrate and troubleshoot Real Time Bidding (“RTB”) buyers, but you will also provide ongoing ad operations support for BRX console buyers. As our RTB & Ad Ops Manager, you will work closely with BRX Account Managers as well as the product and engineering teams to define, implement and manage best practices for RTB integrations and all ad operations related processes. You will contribute to new client meetings and convey the BrightRoll RTB technical solution in a clear and concise manner. To be successful in this role, you should be very comfortable with the end-to-end consultation and problem-solving elements of integrations. This position will also be responsible for general trouble shooting of ad trafficking related issues for BRX buyers.

 

The RTB & Ad Ops Manager, BRX will be located at HQ in San Francisco.

 

What You’ll Do in this Role:
  • Lead key processes related to onboarding RTB buyers including vetting, integrating and ramping them onto BRX. This will include developing documentation, guiding partners through the process and continuously improving best practices
  • Develop and own all documentation and best practices for ad operations processes
  • Troubleshoot RTB and ad operations related issues and manage escalations
  • Test and validate new ad tags, tracking pixels etc. from various ad serving platforms and buying partners
  • Provide input into BrightRoll’s RTB roadmap

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

The Hard Skills:
  • BA or BS degree preferred in computer science or a related major or comparable experience
  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience
  • Specific experience implementing and/or managing advertising partnerships
  • Deep understanding of online ad serving technologies and processes including trafficking and campaign management
  • Digital video experience preferred but not required
  • Project management experience 
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and JavaScript preferred
  • Familiar with object oriented programming languages like Java

  • Experience working with sales and external clients in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong partner communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to effectively explain complex issues clearly and concisely to business and technical audiences
